I’ve spent my life listening deeply to people’s stories — the ones shaped by childhood experiences, unspoken pain, resilience, and the quiet question of “Who am I really underneath all of this?”
My work is rooted in walking beside people as they come back to themselves — not by fixing or forcing change, but by creating space for understanding, safety, and self-trust. Through trauma-informed guidance, Human Design, and lived experience, I help people gently untangle what no longer belongs to them and reconnect with who they’ve always been.
This space exists for those who are tired of carrying it all alone.
You don’t need to be healed, ready, or certain — just willing to come home to yourself, one honest step at a time.
